Our gastronomy is based on using organic products grown and produced on our family-owned organic farm, Zlatý Hýľ, which is just a few kilometers from the hotel.
To these products, we add only the finest local ingredients and certified organic ingredients that we cannot produce ourselves. In preparing our dishes, we focus on maximizing the use of ingredients, seasonality, attention to detail, harmony of flavors, and a love for food.

Tastings
We regularly prepare seasonal or themed multi-course tasting dinners for you, which are prepared by Dominika Mazarová and her team of chefs. She focuses primarily on using organic products from our family organic farm, seasonality, sustainability, and creating unforgettable gastronomic experiences.

We are currently searching for and collecting the best certified organic wines from Slovakia and abroad for you. Soon you will be able to order a tasting in an authentic underground space—our wine bar.
