Terms of use
The coupon is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

We publish tasting dates at least one month before the planned tasting.
The voucher can only be used on the basis of a reservation. The services are limited to capacity and the reservation is only binding after the hotel confirms the date back.

How to use the voucher
After purchasing the voucher and paying for it, we will issue an electronic voucher which will be sent to your e-mail address.

In case you wish to speed up your order, just enter the payment by bank transfer and send the voucher payment confirmation to our reception. We will then send you the issued gift voucher. 
The voucher becomes valid from the moment the deposit is received in the hotel's account.  The voucher contains an identifier and a unique numeric code, which must be verified when making the reservation.
By making a reservation, the voucher will be marked as used. The time when the voucher can be used is indicated on the voucher and in the description of the voucher at the time of purchase.
The voucher cannot be refunded or cancelled. 
The voucher can also be printed in colour and given as a gift.
