Terms of Use
The coupon is valid until (June 30, 2026), with the exact expiration date always indicated on the issued voucher. The voucher can only be used based on a reservation. The provision of services is limited by capacity, and the reservation is binding only after the hotel confirms the date.

How to Use the Coupon
After purchasing and paying for the coupon, we will issue an electronic voucher and send it to your email address.
If you wish to speed up the order, simply make a payment via bank transfer and send the payment confirmation to our reception. Based on this, we will send you the issued gift voucher.
The voucher becomes valid once the deposit is received in the hotel’s account. The voucher contains an identifier and a unique numerical code, which must be verified when making the reservation.
Upon creating the reservation, the voucher will be marked as used. The period during which the voucher can be used is stated on the voucher and in the description at the time of purchase.
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
