Conditions of Use
The voucher is valid until June 30, 2026, with the exact validity date stated on the voucher.
The voucher can only be used by reservation. Availability is limited, and reservation is confirmed only after hotel confirmation.
How to Redeem the Voucher
After purchasing and paying for the voucher, we will issue an electronic voucher and send it to your email address.
If you wish to speed up the process, simply make the payment via bank transfer and send the payment confirmation to our reception. Based on this, we will send you the gift voucher.
The voucher becomes valid once the deposit is received in the hotel's account.
The voucher contains a unique identifier and code that must be verified when creating the reservation.
Once the reservation is made, the voucher will be marked as used.
The voucher is valid according to the dates on the voucher and in the description at the time of purchase.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed.
The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
