Conditions of Use

Voucher is valid until June 30, 2026, with the exact validity date stated on the issued voucher.
The voucher can be used from Friday to Sunday during opening hours.
The hotel reserves the right to deny a reservation on days when the restaurant is closed for private events.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance before using the voucher.
Reservations are confirmed via email by the hotel.

How to redeem the voucher

After purchasing and paying for the voucher, an electronic voucher will be sent to your email address.
To speed up the process, you can make a bank transfer and send proof of payment to our reception. Based on this, we will send you the gift voucher.
The voucher becomes valid once the deposit is received by the hotel. It contains a unique identifier and code, which must be verified when making a reservation.
Once a reservation is made, the voucher will be marked as used.
The voucher cannot be refunded or canceled.
The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
