Conditions of use

The validity of the coupon is until June 30, 2026. The exact validity date will be indicated on the issued voucher.
The voucher can only be used with a reservation. Services are subject to capacity limits, and the reservation is only confirmed after the hotel’s confirmation.

How to use the voucher:

After purchasing and paying for the voucher, you will receive an electronic voucher, which will be sent to your email address.
To expedite the process, you can pay via bank transfer and send proof of payment to our reception. Upon receipt, we will send you the issued gift voucher.
The voucher becomes valid from the moment the deposit is received in the hotel’s account. The voucher contains an identifier and unique code, which is required for verification when making the reservation.
Once a reservation is made, the coupon will be marked as used.
The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the voucher itself and in the description at the time of purchase.
The voucher cannot be refunded or canceled.
The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
