Terms of use

The coupon is valid until June 30, 2026, with the exact expiration date always indicated on the issued voucher. The voucher can only be used with an email reservation and a valid voucher at least 7 days in advance. The provision of services is subject to availability, and the reservation is confirmed only after the hotel confirms the date.

How to use the coupon

After purchasing and paying for the coupon, we will issue an electronic voucher and send it to your email address.

If you wish to speed up the order, you can make a bank transfer payment and send the payment confirmation to our reception. Based on this, we will send you the issued gift voucher.

The voucher becomes valid once the deposit is received in the hotel’s account. The voucher contains an identifier and a unique numerical code, which must be verified when making the reservation. Once a reservation is made, the voucher will be marked as used. The time period in which the voucher can be used is indicated on the coupon and in the coupon description at the time of purchase.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
